General Information
Rayville Boat Houses is ideally located on the Ocean Side of the Great Ocean Road inside of Apollo Bay next to the beaches (60m) and golf course.

Visit the 12 Apostles, Rainforests of the Otway Ranges, Sporting events, Restaurants Cafes and the fabulous beaches from here.

All the Deluxe Villas are equipped with wood fires and large 3 person corner Spas.

Relax without distractions from crowds or traffic and walk to the harbour, shops and restaurants (300m).

The deluxe villas range from 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, some offering views of the nearby Otway Ranges, whilst other afford lovely views of the ocean. Our Loft style, Ranges View, Ocean View and our luxurious Penthouse are all beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable.

Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with spacious corner spa, dining area and lounge with tv, dvd/cd/vcr players and cosy wood fire, as well as own private verandah or balcony. Each villa has at least 1 queen and 2 single beds, with some having a pull-out trundle and a double bed in the 3 bedroom villa. Maximum occupancy ranges from 4 to 7 persons.

The Penthouse (adults only pls.) has state-of-the-art furniture and fittings, ocean views all around, PLASMA, Austar, dvd/ cd/ vcr players, as well as own private balcony.
