Built in 2009, the 17-storey hotel boasts a fresh, contemporary design. The deluxe, self-contained apartments have been stylishly appointed with European appliances and offer magnificent views of the surrounding beaches and hinterland. Most rooms have Ocean or River and Hinterland views.
The hotel has its own ground floor retail and cafe precinct. In the lobby you will find a concierge and tour desk, a wine bar and cafe. Other facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. The recreation deck also features BBQs with relaxed alfresco seating.

****** SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS CONDITIONS ******
All guests are required to pay a $300.00 bond per person 14 days prior to arrival, to cover any miscellaneous charges. Credit card or cash may be accepted. A guardian may pay this on behalf of the guest however they may be required to fill in a credit card authorization form. Bonds will be refunded to a nominated bank account or by cheque, within 10 days of departure.
Hotel check in is from 2.00pm and check out will be from 8.00am - 10.00am. All or majority of guests are required to be present at time of check in. We are unable to check in each guest individually as only 2 keys per room will be provided. If you wish to phone on the day of your arrival to confirm if your room will be ready before 2pm, you may do so however we cannot guarantee any rooms will be ready before our check in time of 2.00pm. On Saturday Nov 26th please expect delays in check in times.
PLEASE NOTE this booking is NOT an official schoolies booking. You will not receive a wristband or building pass that allows you into the school activities. These can be purchased from the schoolies hub in the centre of Surfers Paradise. Wyndham Surfers Paradise will provide a property wristband to allow entry into the building, however this will not give entry to schoolies activities.
There must be at least one guest aged 18 or over in the apartment. Where this is not possible, a guardian who is willing to be responsible for the room and all of its guests must fill in an under 18 authority form, along with a copy of a drivers license. These are required on check in. If we do not receive a signed authority form and all guest are under 18, unfortunately we cannot allow you to check in, and your accommodation will be forfeited.
