CANCELLATION POLICY If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $100.00. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for the total period of the original booking. An administration fee of 100.00 will be deducted from the deposit held before the remainder is refunded. CONFIRMED BOOKINGS A pencilled booking will only be held for 24 hours. Please confirm within this time. A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed. A deposit of $200.00 will confirm a one-week booking. The balance of the tariff is due on arrival (or such other time as stated). 14 days’ notice is required to change the planned departure date once you have arrived, there will be no refund unless and until the premises are re-let for those 14 days. An administration fee of 100.00 will be charged. Whilst every effort is made to meet your requirements, unfortunately we cannot guarantee particular apartments. Founda Gardens reserves the right to assign an equivalent unit for a confirmed booking in the event that the unit originally allocated is not available. The Manager and the apartment owner are not responsible for any wrong description of the apartment.

Location
Dunmore Terrace runs parallel to Coronation Drive. Approx 2.5 kms from the city centre and 40 minutes drive from the airport. Auchenflower is a small leafy, river-side suburb, 2.5 km west of the Brisbane CBD between Milton and Toowong along Coronation Drive and Milton Road. Jogging and cycling tracks run from the city, past Auchenflower and along the water-front all the way to the university at St Lucia. Local shops can be found at Centro Milton on Baroona Road in nearby Milton or at Toowong Village. Auchenflower is also home to the Wesley Hospital and there is a medical centre on Milton Road. ; Auchenflower Railway Station is the second stop on the Brisbane to Ipswich rail line, and only seven minutes from Central station. The station is just behind the Wesley Hospital. There are frequent bus services that run towards the city along Milton Road and Coronation Drive.

Our large air-conditioned two bedroom apartments sleep four (size: 126m2), and large three bedroom apartments sleep six (size 142m2). We also have a three bedroom Sub Penthouse apartment that has views of the Brisbane River and city (157m2).
There are two bathrooms, two balconies, a full size kitchen including dishwasher, full size fridge with freezer, oven, 4 hotplates and microwave.
They are fully furnished including pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, sheets and towels, washing machine and dryer, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc. A complimentary secure car park is provided for a two bedroom apartment and two car parks are provided for the three bedroom apartments.
Complimentary Foxtel is provided in all apartments. Wireless broadband internet is available for an extra charge.
The complex has a salt water swimming pool and barbeque area.
We are close to the Wesley Hospital, Park Road coffee shops and restaurants, transport nearby including City Cat ferry, train, and bus, 5 minutes to the CBD and University of Queensland.
